Privacy Policy

FRAMEWORD runs the Instagram Transcript tool at transcribeareel.com. This page explains what we receive from your browser, what we send to third parties, and how to reach the operator.

1. Operator

FRAMEWORD operates transcribeareel.com. The single working contact channel is [email protected]. We do not run a contact form and we do not respond to direct messages on social platforms.

2. What the tool does

The tool accepts a public Instagram Reel or video-post URL plus an optional spoken-language hint, asks a third-party speech-to-text service (Supadata) for the audio transcript, then shows the text and offers TXT, SRT, and VTT downloads. The tool does not log in to Instagram, does not scrape private posts, and does not read text stickers embedded in the video.

3. Data the browser sends to us

  • The URL string you paste (a single public Instagram link per submission).
  • The spoken-language hint (or auto) chosen at submit time.
  • Whether you turned the per-line timestamps option on or off.

The tool does not set authentication cookies, does not place tracking pixels, and does not write any value into localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or Service Worker storage on transcribeareel.com. Refresh the tab and the input box is empty.

4. What we send to third parties

Each submission is sent over HTTPS to Supadata (api.supadata.ai, our contracted speech-to-text provider) with the URL, the optional language hint, and our Supadata API key in an x-api-key header. Supadata receives the URL only at the moment of transcription; we do not batch submissions, and we do not forward it anywhere else.

Cloudflare serves this page and inspects the submission only to enforce the same-origin rule (Origin must equal https://transcribeareel.com) and to return the Supadata response. Cloudflare's own logs and privacy policy apply to the network layer.

Once an advertising network is approved for this site, it will load ad scripts and may set its own cookies or read identifiers under that network's own policy. We will name the network on this page before ads go live.

5. Server-side retention

We do not keep a submission log. Pages Functions runs the Supadata request and returns the result to your browser; nothing is written to a database or file on our side.

6. Children

The tool is a general-audience utility. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted a URL through this tool, contact [email protected] and we will respond.

7. Your choices

  • Do not paste a link if you do not want Supadata to receive it. The tool only sends the link after you press Transcribe video.
  • Block third-party scripts or cookies at the browser level. The tool still loads and validates the URL.
  • Ask us to delete any record we hold about you. We hold nothing by default; if a record exists, we delete it within 7 days.

8. Changes to this page

We will update the effective date above and keep a short changelog below if the substance changes. Cosmetic edits (typos, formatting) do not count as a substance change.
