What to include
- The page or feature the question is about (homepage, privacy page, transcription result, mobile vs desktop).
- For bugs: the exact Instagram link you submitted, the spoken language you chose, the error or empty-result text, and the browser + version.
- For takedown requests: the public URL of the Reel or post in question and the reason (own content, copyright, privacy).
What is not a channel
- No phone number is published. Calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messages are not answered.
- No postal address is published. Mail is not answered.
- Social-media direct messages (Instagram, X, Threads, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook) are not answered. If a message arrives, it is ignored.
- No contact form on this site. The only path is the email above.
Response times and language
Replies are written in English. Allow up to 7 days for a first reply. If a reply has not arrived in 8 days, the email was lost; resend from the same address and check the spam folder.
